Dr Khoza is co-investigator for the recently awarded 5- year NIHR Research and Innovation for Global Health Transformation call to support targeted research to strengthen health service delivery and resilience in LMICs in the context of extreme weather events. the 5-year, multi-country study focuses on Adaptations to strengthen healthcare delivery and resilience to extreme weather events in Southern Africa (ASTRA).
